Pain...

Despite receiving some good reviews from my story, including one in another journal, my day wasn't entirely good. I made the very erroneous decision to attempt a martial arts manuever, one I haven't done in years, honestly. The end result: my right ankle giving me tremendous pain and agony while walking. I will need to be very careful in walking for the next few days and refrain from doing that manuever again.

Thanks. I've put some ice in a freezer bag and have it pressed against my ankle. It's dulled the pain, but as I mentioned, I'll need to be careful on it.

I busted or sprained my right hand ring finger a few weeks ago, and constantly have to remind myself to be careful - and to keep it taped up.
