Awesome Weekend

My cousin gets to celebrate her 8th birthday tomorrow, which is very exciting to recall. Though, the only thing I recall from being eight would have to be when I was moved up a grade-from 1st grade to 2nd grade. (Mind you, when I was that age, I didn't have the handle on my emotions as I do now.)
I was also allowed to rent a DVD from Blockbuster on Saturday, and I came across a DVD I'd recently heard about-Princess Mononoke. It had an English version, but I was eager to see the Japanese version, so I rented it, and sure enough, was able to see the aforementioned Japanese version. It was very exciting to watch, had some very tense moments which dealt with man's battle against nature, and the ending showed Ashitaka and San-two major characters in the movie-willing to coexist together; I was very pleased to see that occur.
Yes, I have put up two new icons, and one of them is the new default picture for the remainder of the month-or maybe longer. The only thing that has me somewhat irked is the knowledge that not only will I have to contend with the rest of my laundry this evening, but tomorrow I must clean the bathroom. Oh, joy.
