Amped Up...Somewhat

Having to do the dishes hours before your birthday is something I would consider a dampening mood. Yet, I didn't have that many dishes to do, so I wasn't that upset.
The day was...mediocre, I suppose would be the word. I went to the DMV and renewed my ID card, and picked up a Driver's Handbook while there. Headed to work afterward, did what I normally do there, then came home for lunch. Rested after eating on the couch, didn't wake up until 4:30, and still feel...uncertain.
I'm excited, but not entirely, concerning tomorrow. I turn twenty-four, have plans to have a party at my mother's friend's house, don't know what will take place, but I do know that I will have a good time.
Even if there's someone I want to share the experience with me who can't...
